In Minneapolis, St. Paul, and across the Twin Cities, 20% of kids have a mental or behavioral health concern and many of them are not getting the support they need. Whether it's lack of access to experts, geographical limitations, or fitting mental health care into your family's busy schedule, getting support can be incredibly difficult for families.
That’s how Little Otter can help. Little Otter gives kids, teens, and parents expert guidance to improve communication, manage stress, and strengthen relationships, all done virtually. Virtual therapy provides real, practical tools for navigating challenges without the barriers.
Worried about cost? Little Otter is in-network with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota. If we are out-of-network with your insurance, you can submit claims to your insurance provider to receive reimbursement. Generally, plans reimburse 40-70% of the session after you have met your deductible. However, this is dependent on your personal coverage.
Don’t wait to get the care your family needs
Personalized and comprehensive care that works for families.
