Co-pays and deductibles for our services are based on your individual coverage. Parent Coaching sessions will be contingent on an individual's insurance plan.

Prices shown are applicable to both pediatric and adult care. Little Otter does not offer a sliding scale or payment plans. Please note that if you are using insurance, it may not cover all of your services.

Out-of-network benefits
If we are out-of-network with your insurance, you can submit claims to your insurance provider to receive reimbursement. Generally plans reimburse 40-70% of the session after you have met your deductible. However, this is dependent on your personal coverage.
We will provide the proper documentation (called a superbill), which you can submit to your insurance provider. You can learn more about out-of-network services here. All insurance reimbursement requires a mental health diagnosis.
Please note parent specialist services are generally not reimbursable without associated therapy sessions. Additionally, Medicaid and Tricare plans do not offer reimbursement for any services.
HSA/FSA
If you have a health saving account (HSA) or flexible spending account (FSA), you can use those pre-tax funds for Little Otter care. All therapy sessions are HSA/FSA eligible. Parent specialist sessions will be contingent on an individual's insurance plan.
